Custom Printed Products on Demand

At PRINTEINO, all products are made-to-order and custom printed specifically for you. Because of this production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is a printing error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

To submit a claim:

• Send a clear photo of the product showing the issue.

Possible solutions:

• Free replacement
• Full refund
• Corrected new order if printing was incorrect

In some cases, PRINTEINO may arrange a courier pickup to collect the product before processing the refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may return the package to their local hub.

• Customers can provide the correct address, and PRINTEINO will reship the package free of charge.
• Note: Reshipping may extend delivery time due to relabeling and courier scheduling.

Unclaimed Packages

If the courier cannot deliver the package because the customer is unreachable, the package will be stored at the courier’s local hub for up to 15 days.

• The courier may attempt to contact the customer again.
• Additional delivery attempts may be scheduled.

If the package is returned to PRINTEINO after 15 days due to non-responsiveness, the order may be cancelled without refund.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse

Because all products are custom printed on demand, PRINTEINO does not accept returns for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind after placing the order
• Personal preferences

Customers are encouraged to carefully review size, design, and order details before confirming the purchase.

Size Exchanges

Currently, PRINTEINO does not offer size exchanges.
