Custom Printed Products on Demand
At PRINTEINO, all products are made-to-order and custom printed specifically for you. Because of this production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is a printing error.
If the courier cannot deliver the package because the customer is unreachable, the package will be stored at the courier’s local hub for up to 15 days.
The courier may attempt to contact the customer again.
Additional delivery attempts may be scheduled.
If the package is returned to PRINTEINO after 15 days due to non-responsiveness, the order may be cancelled without refund.
